Department of computer Engineering was established in the year 1997 with a sanctioned intake of 30 students. The prime objective of the department is to enhance the department of computing and promote student to become leader in challenging profession and to pursue leadership technical and management position in varied industries. The department of computer Engineering strives hard to achieve excellence in the field of computing from the day of its inception with the support of well qualified and dedicated staffs members with faculty members of versatile experience. The department had grown in the leaps and bounds. The faculty members have a good experience to cater the need of the students in all specialized areas. The department is functioning with four Software Laboratories and one Hardware Laboratory. The students are helped to establish linkage with industries and respond to ever changing technological needs.

The department conducts workshops, seminars periodically to help students and share a common platform thereby strengthen the industry institution interaction. We also encourage students to participate in inter college events conducted by other colleges.
